 Role & Responsibilities 工作內容
1. Work with the lead teacher to implement hands-on, multi-sensory, and project-based lessons and activities to children at Grade 4 to 7.
與Master Maker老師合作，為小4至國1的小朋友實施手作、多重感官及教學專案的相關課程及活動。
2. Meeting the individual needs of the children by interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
與參與Master Maker的每一位小朋友進行互動，透過遊戲、手作探索、進而達到學習的效果。
3. Creating a fun and interactive environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning.
創造一個有趣且雙向互動的教學環境，讓小朋友享受及熱愛學習新知識。
4. Supervise the classroom, according to the plans of the Lead Teacher when the Lead is out of the room.
當老師離開教室時，您將擔任老師的代理角色，監督及關心小朋友學習狀況。
5. Other duties as assigned.
其他老師交辦工作事項。

 Qualification/Characteristic 條件/特質
1. A strong love for children
熱愛小朋友，對於小朋友充滿熱情。
2. Fun-loving, creative and engaging(team player)
有趣、創意且願意投入(團隊合作)。
3. Enthusiasm, sense of humor, dependable, and organized
熱情、幽默、可靠且做事有條理。
4. Interested in DIY projects
喜愛自己動手嘗試，組裝東西(DIY)
5. Willing to learn basic PC Hardware/Software
願意嘗試/學習簡單的電腦軟體/硬體知識
6. High school graduate or equivalent, or at least 18 years of age
至少高中畢業，需滿18歲，歡迎大學生暑期參與。
