• 小小的核心團隊，但有來自世界各地的工作夥伴和客戶
• 大部分的工作溝通(講幹話)用中文，但需要必要程度的英文聽/讀/寫能力
• 與大部分的傳統廣告公司不同，我們依然非常具備新創性質，雖然說基本上還是會有主要的工作職掌，但每個人還是要跨領域的協助公司的大小事務

Company Environment:

• Chill coworking space in Taipei City.
• Small core team and we work with many creative freelancers from around the world.
• Team communications mainly in Chinese but team members will need to be able to read and write emails with English.
• We are a boutique digital marketing and creative agency, meaning that everyone needs to help each other and do a little bit of everything. Although each position will have a specific focus, everyone will still be expected to support other areas where/when needed.
• In a boutique digital marketing and creative agency, the environment is ever-changing, so everyone needs to be flexible, as everyone's work responsibilities wiil consistently change to fit our business needs.
• If you are looking for a large company with fixed structures, this is not the position for you. If you like to make a difference and help develop the business and grow with us, and if you are a self-starter, entrepreneurial, and likes to do and learn about lots of different things, then this can be a great and fun position : )
