We are looking for an App PM (product manager). You will be working in a FinTech AI startup and with a team of experts, building up the best fintech App, and exploring Taiwan’s FinTech.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, designers, marketing to make sure the product (App iOS, Android) updates the new version on time.
• Lead product planning, including the product roadmap, scheduling product development, assigning resources and following up on work results.
• Framework optimization for product deliverables, resources, and time on the highest impaction.
• Evaluate and develop new features from brainstorm, customer requirements, product insights.
• Hosting workshops to sharing anything about the product.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience working in extremely fast-paced and product-led environments
• Possess a strong understanding of modern product best practices and techniques including agile, “lean startup” and MVP principles.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and launching products.
• Experienced with the Agile/Scrum software development methodology
• Communicate clearly with engineers, designers, business stakeholders, and customers by developing clear user stories, mockups, and prototypes.

Desirable:

• Have a strong understanding of fintech products.
• Experience in developing consumer Apps or familiar with fintech App.
• UI/UX design skills (for creating wireframes and communicating with designers)
• Programming skills (for doing data analysis and communicating with developers)
