我們正在尋找有經驗的平面設計師，可部份採遠距上班，你將會加入 B2B 行銷公關團隊，和負責台灣、日本、泰國市場的夥伴一起合作。身為一位資深平面設計師 Visual Desinger，你需要擁有商業設計的即戰力，包含多語言的廣告視覺、網站設計、企業形象規劃。

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will often be the backbone of your design from beginning to end, we accept partially remote. You are responsible for the design and orchestration of visual elements in a systemic composition. The discipline combines design for interaction (Wix, Wordpress web design) and design for communication (digital ads, sales deck, brand, print, and visual storytelling).

- 有效率地負責行銷團隊所有視覺產出，小至名片印製、大至官網設計，需確定成品能夠符合公司商業目標
- 掌握行銷對外各式素材，囊括四種語言（中日英泰），包含商業簡報、官方網頁、數位廣告、新聞稿圖
- 能夠善用各種工具（Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop），清晰傳達你的設計理念
- 具備品牌設計 CIS 思維，證明自己的設計可以提升品牌國際聲量
- 與團隊文案順暢溝通，對高美感與細節具自我要求
- Translate product principles, themes, and moods into visual expressions
- Create expressions for mood, tone, look/feel to help marketers position their product, brand, or service
- Create business design in different language (CH/EN/THAI/JP) for sales deck, Wix/Wordpress website, digital ads
- Design brand identities and brand collateral such as business cards, premium etc.
Requirements
【Required Qualifications】
- 5 年以上 B2B 商業設計相關經驗，熟悉 Figma、Illustrator、Photoshop 等視覺設計工具
- 認同市場導向的產品行銷思維，能夠勇敢提出問題，擅於傾聽團隊其他人的聲音
- 自我審美要求高，細心謹慎，可一人擔當設計重任，獨立作業
- 需具良好英文溝通能力，工作溝通時將會用到中英兩種語言
- 5+ years of professional B2B visual design experience, using Figma、Illustrator、Photoshop
- Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work
- Experience collaborating in marketers as the visual designer
- Conversational level in Chinese and English
【Preferred Qualifications】
- 具日語、或泰語閱讀能力
- 熟悉 Wix 與 Wordpress 網頁設計
- 待過新創產業，熟悉多變環境與挑戰
- Basic Japanese or Thai reading comprehension
- Familiar with Wix and Wordpress
- Experience working in fast start-up
