Job Description

1. 從多個管道中進行資料蒐集、整理、分析,並依據資料做出行業研究、評估和預測。
2. 利用分析方法來確定客戶的痛點和根本原因,並提出可行建議。
3. 輔助公司做出商業決策,幫助降低成本、提高收益、改進產品、留住客戶,發現新的商業機會。
4. 溝通和追蹤各部門的關鍵績效指標。
5. 為團隊提供準確的資料分析和視覺化報告。

Requirements

熟練的英文技能。
熟悉 GA、GTM、Google Data Studio、BigQuery。
至少3年以上數據分析相關領域的工作經驗。
良好的組織能力,積極進取的精神和上進心。
注重細節、能夠在快速變化的環境中工作。
強大的分析思維,成熟的項目管理和解決問題的能力。

加分項目
精通商業智能工具。
具有 GA4(Google Analytics 4)的知識,包括建立屬性和標記網站/頁面。
有將 GA 與其他 Google 產品(如BigQuery、Google Optimize)整合的經驗。
具有電子商務、訂單管理系統的分析經驗。
對電子郵件、社交、搜尋引擎的行銷方式有廣泛瞭解。
