工作職責

● 負責對公司核心產品設計及開發

● 根據項目需求設計出高可用、易擴展的實現方案，參與項目核心代碼開發

● 負責系統迭代開發，優化系統的架構和設計，提升系統的穩定性和性能

● 排查跟踪解決線上問題

Responsibility

● Responsible for the design and development of the company's core products.

● Design and develop a high-availability and easy-to-scale implementation plan according to the product needs.

● Responsible for the iterative development of the system, optimizing the system architecture, and improving the stability and performance of the system.

● Troubleshooting and debugging.

任職要求

● 計算機相關專業本科以上學歷，3年以上工作經驗

● 具有紮實的java基礎知識，能夠熟練應用java類庫，了解JVM、Java多線程、並發以及網絡通信

● 熟悉MySQL數據庫的使用以及SQL優化，有復雜業務性能優化經驗優先

● 熟悉JVM內存管理，有JVM調優經驗

● 良好的編碼能力，邏輯思維縝密，善於分析、解決問題，良好的溝通交流能力

● 能迅速融入團隊，適應團隊開發計劃流程

● 有Golang經驗優先

Qualifications

● Strong computer science fundamentals with 3+ years of work experience.

● Solid Java knowledge with the ability to apply java class library proficiently and understanding of JVM, Java multithreading, concurrency and network communication.

● Excellent in using MySQL database and SQL optimization. Experience in complex business performance optimization is preferred.

● Familiar with JVM memory management and JVM tuning.

● Quick learner, problem solver and team player.

● Experience with Golang is a plus.
