工作职责

● 把控网站品牌形象和风格 

● 负责产品相关的运营设计，品牌设计等设计工作

● 负责网站运营内容的整体设计和排版，包括文章，邮件等

● 对接业务部门/产品运营的视觉设计需求，相关物料的设计制作及把控 

● 提炼并制定视觉规范，优化整体视觉产出质量

● 善于积累总结设计资源，设立模版，高效率高质量产出

Responsibility

● Responsible for establishing the designer guideline for website and user-facing materials.

● Responsible for product-related design, brand design, and other design work.

● Work closely with product and user operations to deliver design works related to marketing operations, including campaigns, banners, infographics, articles, emails, etc.

● Refine and formulate visual specifications to optimize the overall visual output quality.

● Create design standards and templates to produce high-quality designs efficiently.

任职要求

● 本科及以上学历，美术、设计或相关专业

● 优秀的设计功底，熟练使用相关设计软件、 办公软件

● 良好的表达沟通能力和团队协作精神，结果导向、快速执行、自我驱动，善于学习新的设计技巧;

● 有动效设计能力者优先、英文阅读能力佳者优先

Qualifications 

● Bachelor’s degree or above in art, design, or related major.

● Excellent design skills, proficient in using related design software

● Good communication skills with teamwork spirit, result-oriented, fast execution, self-driven. Quick learner.

● Knowledge & experience in animation design is preferred.

● Good English reading & writing skill is preferred.
