As we are currently expanding our business in international markets, we are looking for a Social Media Intern who is passionate and talented to join us, and build the next big thing for the generation together. As a Social Media Intern at Dtto (the name Dcard uses for international markets), you will be a member of our New Market Team and drive our business forward, as you'll help us to catch the eyes of Latinos with appealing digital content and drive the user acquisition of Dtto in Latin America. Get to know New Market Team

There are thousands of people who share and read stories from different members on Dcard every day, so the ideas you develop and implement will immediately reach a great number of users. You will collaborate with several functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Design, and Developer to identify opportunities, create strategies and execute global expansion plans. As a member of the New Market Team, you will focus on a variety of areas and aspects related to the emerging markets to provide users with the best user experience.

What you'll do

• Manage Dtto social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.), design the posting content and plan/ execute creative social media marketing campaigns
• Collect successful digital marketing cases in Peru
• Collect a list of potential partners for promotions
• Contribute brilliant marketing ideas to the New Market Team

Qualifications

• Language
  • Native level Spanish
  • Conversational level English
• Understanding of social media behaviors of Peruvian users
• Passionate and active in social media
• Able to work for 20 hours per week

Bonus qualifications

• Conversational level Chinese
• Lived in Peru for more than 2 years
• Graduated from a Peruvian university
• Graphic/multimedia design and editing skills
• Video shooting and editing skills
• Previous experience in the digital marketing field
• Previous experience working for a fast-paced tech startup

Location of work

• Work at Peru / Taipei / remotely

Salary

• In Taipei: 200 NTD / hour
• In Peru: 1025 PEN / month
