Job Description

DDG is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. The role comprises filtering inquiries, shaping branding programs, managing projects and client relationships, and collaborating closely with team members to turn every project into a successful case study.

The ideal candidate is a business thinker who understands the value a brand agency brings to a business. She/he is an effective communicator, a confident negotiator, and a people person.

Responsibilities:

- Management of client servicing for the account meeting arrangement, resource allocation, project requests, and issue resolution.
- Strengthen client relationships and increase client satisfaction by providing clear project schedules, actionable plans and recommendations, as well as face-to-face meetings, all with an eye to better-understanding client issues and needs.
- Working with teams to ensure optimum quality of work.
- Reporting and analyzing project progress and results.
- Assisting team directors to optimize resources and performance.
- Planning and writing proposals, quotations, project briefs, and reports.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years experience with sales/account management
- Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese fluently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proven track record in advertising, public relations, design, media account management, and successful client engagement
- Excellent business sense, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
