YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1 / I guarantee the safety of people and goods in my warehouse in compliance with Decathlon rules and local legislation.

2 / I write the warehouse project and vision. I build up a happy and engaged team. I retain the talent in Decathlon.

3 / I am accountable for logistics performance and profitability of my warehouse through my KPI and P&L.

HIRING PROCESS
1/Your application is received and examined, and if it is accepted you will be contacted for an initial discussion within a week by phone call.
2/You will then be offered two interviews: an initial interview with your future leader and a Decathlon member from the project team, and a second technical interview.
