Job Description

- Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and communicate strategy, programs and promotions of in-charge franchise
- Follow ROI (actual sales vs. target) in the events and the promotion programs of in-charge franchise
- Enhance technical knowledge of the sales reps by providing qualified product trainings of the assigned product categories
- Increase sales performance of the assigned product categories by supporting sales activities and by meeting with customers (joint calls)


• Plan and implement systematic product / technical training program for sales function
- Organize training program as scheduled
- Conduct technical/knowledge test and forward its result & progress to each managers, national sales manager and HR, to be reflected on sales rep’s evaluation
- Train product & technical knowledge for new hires
- Evaluate training program and update the training materials

• Promotion Program implementation, Franchise Sales Achievement and sales support
- Shall be accountable for the promotion results (to reach the agreed sales target)
- Shall be responsible for the in-charge franchise sales results (to reach the agreed sales target)
- Provide sales team latest research, sales tool and marketing information

• Field sales activities
- Resolve problem related to the technical & product issues addressed by customers and sales reps (visit by request)
- Handle the customer complaints and report the complaints to the factories
- Visit customer with sales reps / managers or independently to promote products (visit on regular)

• Cross-functional Cooperation
- Manage and coordinate communication with local Sales/Supply teams for the assigned product categories
- Conduct seminars and events locally but need to co-work with KOLs and Sales team to reach the assigned objectives accordingly
- Work closely with Product Group and factories for new product launch and promotion by providing technical knowledge and information of the assigned product categories to the sales team

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years sales/marketing experiences (included 4 years for product management) dental sales experience is preferred.
2. Demonstrated experience in a similar position preferably in a sales environment
3. Master degree in dental/medical/biochemistry/biomedical/ business studies or equivalent and must degree prefer.
4. Able to absorb complex technical product knowledge and communicate clearly to others
5. Strong Communication and presentation skills
6. High level of initiative and flexibility
7. Innovation and Creativity
8. Teamwork
9. Good command of English and local language
10. Computer proficient with excellent PowerPoint skills
11. Willing to travel locally and abroad
(Business travel is required to take part in industry conference, event and visit customer throughout the country to collect voice of customer data)
