Job Description

  • Provides HR/administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers doorbell, phone calls, schedules meetings and supports colleagues and visitors.
  • Carries out HR/administrative duties such as managing supplies inventory, expense claim, pretty cash, maintain vendor list, event support, etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  2. Relevant work experience in an administrative support role (No experience but eager to learn is acceptable)
  3. Familiar with computer applications such as Microsoft office
  4. Basic written and verbal communication skill in English
  5. Personality Traits preferred: Positive attitude, detail-oriented and adaptable.
