Elos Skateboards Marketing Internship (remote: work where you want but expect to be outside a lot)

Looking for students who are serious about building a career in marketing or brand communication. If you believe you have a poet’s way with words backed by steely analytical reasoning, then this month-long internship is for you. This will be very intense with weekly hands-on tasks, but in the end you will have gained more real world experience with us than all semester in a class.

The basics:

Who? 10 handpicked students from around the world. (we will have a filtering process and boot slackers)

When? March 25th - April 22nd (this avoids most spring breaks so show up clear headed)

Where? Work from campus (you will be expected to ride around or talk to people outside)

What? Build a marketing campaign using email campaign tools, surveys, Instagram, and landing pages

Benefits? An Elos skateboard to use around campus. A letter of recommendation from CEO or Marketing Head.

What you bring to the table:
A love of skateboarding or the willingness to learn (no half-pipe necessary, just campus cruises)
Proactive learner (feel free to ask questions, but if I can google it then you should have)
Basic social media understanding (you’ll be asked to utilize Instagram, if you don’t use it often that’s okay - see guideline #2)
A keen eye for detail (you can spot the matrix where others just see coincidence)
Fortitude (if you can’t stick to a month long commitment, then...you make me sad)
No ego (we will be tough and there are no participation ribbons, but you’ll be proud of what you accomplish)
Can operate in English (this is an opportunity for students around the globe, but we’ll be conducting it primarily in English)
