YOUR DAY MIGHT INCLUDE
- On-boarding and partnering with our clients, to ensure that they’re up and running with their services of choice and setup for success.
- Coordinate with client to gather the requirements for their marketing campaigns release (including EDM, Ads campaigns etc.), review and schedule.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with key decision makers within the assigned accounts B2B clients/portfolios.
- Maintaining a consistent response and communication and ensuring client’s expectations are well managed.
- Liaise with the Solution Engineer team for troubleshooting and problem resolutions, including escalations, documentations, post-mortem process.
- Identify client’s growth opportunities throughout the contract period and create and execute renewal/retention strategies.
- Work together with our Growth and Consultant team to identify upsell & cross sell opportunities.
