This role will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with our Brand customers and growing their performance of marketing efforts by taking charge of both operations and strategy. An ideal candidate not only should hold holistic knowledge across various paid channels and tactics but also be a practitioner of using various first-party user data to deliver a better ad experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related fields;
• 3 years of hands-on SEO experience. Other experience in the digital marketing field (Performance Marketing, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of major search engines and functions. Experienced working with SEO tools Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Screaming Frog. Possess deep knowledge of how Google search works, Google SEO best practices, and webmaster policies.
• Be up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, guidelines, algorithm updates, trends and raters guidelines.
• Knowledgeable about DOM, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and particularly comfortable with parsing HTML elements within source code.
• A good team player, a great marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a love for data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of developing SEO proposals to Brand customers, including but not limited to:
  • Conduct audits to gauge the SEO health of websites. Identify current problems and opportunities, with a focus on crawlability, site architecture, and Google search console alerts
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Perform the technical analysis on a website to uncover issues.
  • From the given data points and search intent, form a comprehensive strategy that recommends changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve overall organic search keywords ranking and overall visibility
• Coordinate with the Account/ Sales team to present the findings & strategies to the Brand customers in meetings.
• Project Management for Implementation phases:
  • Execute on-page optimizations and implement changes in content management systems (CMS)
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and implementations, from site structure, page construction, metadata to all tags
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Customers' content and marketing teams to execute a winning content marketing and SEO strategy for growth in the content space.
  • Conduct various split tests to determine to validate strategy
• Prepare detailed reports, present analytics & insights on a regular basis.
