1. Manages special projects and collaborates with different departments

1. 3+ years of experience working as a coordinator, executive assistant, or similar positions at multinational, preferably public companies in the tech industry
2. Experience of working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
3. Capability of handling confidential materials and topics with discretion and sensitivity
4. Logical thinker with detailed research proficiencies
5. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Great written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
8. Familiar with Microsoft Office and business communication software (Zoom, Webex, and MS Teams)
