創辦人Denner是一位熱愛辣醬又愛下廚的人。來到台灣後，看著從美國帶來的辣醬一點一滴地減少，滿滿創意的Denner下定決心嘗試運用在地水果以及台灣朝天椒自己動手做，經歷多次的嘗試與調配後研發出我們第一款 辣醬「芒果辣醬」。在家人、朋友意外的成為芒果辣醬的死忠粉絲後，Denner對研發辣醬的熱忱更加堅定，辣太后也從此誕生。 辣太后著重以純天然、健康、美味的角度出發，結合台灣得天獨厚盛產水果的優勢與多樣化的辣椒種類，每一款辣醬都是我們精心挑選當季食材，不斷測試調配及細膩的小批製做。結合東方食材跟西方手藝的辣太后，希望讓台灣食材的美好被更多人看到。 我們的願景就是藉由美式的食品設定搭配台灣的獨特食材，讓全世界的人都有機會吃到台灣農產品的美味！
