9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional members support.
• 3-year+ related work experience
• Successful work experience as Customer Service experience as preferred
• Excellent grasp of English language & written skill
• Strong working knowledge of wholesale on consumer goods
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Excel
• Deadline driven with exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proven team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
