Responsibilities：

1. Customer Relationship Management

2. Responding promptly to members inquiries.

3. Communicating with members through various channels.

4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

5. Knowing our products well and be able to answer any questions.

6. Keeping records of members interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

7. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

8. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the members service process.

9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional members support.

Qualification：

• 3-year+ related work experience

• Successful work experience as Customer Service experience as preferred

• Excellent grasp of English language & written skill

• Strong working knowledge of wholesale on consumer goods

• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Excel

• Deadline driven with exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Proven team player with a positive and professional attitude

• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
