Job Description

  • Schedule and prepare necessary documents for meetings or events;
  • Write meeting minutes and send them to stakeholders after each meeting (within 24 working hours);
  • Research articles and information on Cognia's website and other sources to publish on the company's communication channels (workplace & email);
  • Design surveys;
  • Coordinate with members inside and outside the AQD to organize events related to accreditation;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager;
  • Report to the line manager all related issues and proposed solutions that may directly affect the AQD in particular and EQuest in general.

Requirements

  • At least 3 days/week available to work for EQuest.
  • At least 6.5 IELTS score.
