Responsibilities

• Drive product development from features to entirely new products and ensure successful product delivery.
• Evangelize your product vision to senior management and diverse stakeholders through customer research, hands-on data analysis and documentation.
• Define and run test-and-learn programs to drive rapid iteration and to generate the market feedback to enable us in setting future product direction.
• Define and oversee roadmaps that bring together multiple engineering and product teams in a coordinated execution plan that enables us to move quickly, focus on customer needs, and drive operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships and drive cross-organizational alignment on your product deliverables.
• Develop a shared understanding of the architecture and technology stack.
• Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management or product design experience in internet industry
• 5+ years experience creating examples through wire frames and mock ups
• Proven organizational and analytical experience
• The ability to extract key trends, meaningful insights and opportunity from the data analysis to drive data driven product decisions.
• Experience with develop hypothesis and metrics of success for experiments in A/B or multivariate testing environments in consumer products.
• Experience with driving mobile app growth with focus on improving user engagement and retention 
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin (a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience developing mobile products with 1M+ DAU 
• Experience developing social networking, messaging, and/or content mobile apps.
• Ability to use analytics and user testing to inform the creative process. 
• Experience in providing UX direction to a broad audience, and contributes at a high level during all phases of an interactive project.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
