• Experience in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and solid understanding of UX design principles for mobile app/website.
• Quickly produce low fidelity concept mocks and UI prototypes and able to digest complicated features requests into simple and elegant user flow.
• Must be self-motivated. Independently manage time, prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A talent for diplomatic discussion: the ability to listen, convince and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
• Collaborate with the technical teams to carry designs through the build process and meet release standards
• Excellent analytic ability and effective problem solving skills.
• Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices
• Demonstrate ability to present and define design decisions and critique others
