3、Develop and execute an effective training program, including refresh & advanced training.

4、Develop and execute an enhanced program on statistical analysis, lean manufacturing, and 6-sigma skill.

5、Develop & execute continuous improvement program on productivity, quality, scrap, waste, and cost. 

6、Co-work on new product introduction trial run and act as an essential gate-keeper to ensure further stability for mass production.

7、Develop and execute a deputy program to ensure operational smoothness.

8、Develop and execute an internal job rotation program. 

9、Develop and execute a "go detail" & "data talking" culture.

10、Develop and execute a fluent, open-minded communication culture to up-and-down stream.

11、Develop and execute a regular reviewing program to ensure a safe working environment and it complies with all EH&S requirements Proceed with other duties and responsibilities if assigned.

1、Above Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related engineering background.

2、Above 8 years of experiences in the electronics field; at least one of molding, stamping or plating experience is a plus.

3、Above 4 years of experience in management in the electronic field.

4、Relevant working experience in vehicle quality systems is a plus.

5、Strong communication, planning, organizational, and listening skills.

6、Fluent English in both oral and written, TOEIC 750 or equivalent.
