1、Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

2、3+ years Supervision of professionals.

3、5+ years of technical project management.

4、8+ years of Engineering work in the R&D field.

5、Six Sigma Certification highly desired.

6、Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7、TOEIC 750.
