Fandora Shop 2014 年網站成立以來已突破一億銷售額，已送出超過 430,000 件 商品送到世界各地愛好者的粉絲手中。
Fandora Shop為台灣IP全方位商品變現的領導品牌，於2021年成立 NFT部門，致力於成為全球NFT/Gamefi企劃與發行商，提出RNFT(redeamable NFT）的模式，與Netflix動畫「勇者系列」合作推出的RNFT項目，以可兌換實體公仔的虛實整合路線，以及RNFT未來可應用在Gamefi的延伸價值，創造出可持續發展的新型態NFT商業模式。 2022 年將與多家全球玩具品牌合作，推出多項RNFT專案以及Gamefi項目。加入 Fandora NFT 讓你加入這艘影響人類未來發展的區塊鏈應用中，最重要的一艘成長火箭！
Requirements
行銷社群專員 Community / Social Marketing Specialist/ part time
職務內容/Responsibilities
- 規劃與執行社群成長與活躍的策略計畫。
- 經營 NFT 專案中文/英文社群（Discord / Twitter…)，保持社群活躍與參與度。
- 建立和擴展全球社群團隊，包含各種語系的社群Mods & 推廣大使。
- 與 KOL & 知名NFT項目，建立夥伴關係洽談連動合作，換取公開推廣與社群成長的機會。
- 規劃與控制行銷預算，透過行銷工具分析ROI & 各項公司目標。
- 經營媒體關係與新聞發佈。
- Building NFT project social communities: Facebook / Instagram / Twitter / Telegram / Discord
- Build and extend global CM team to implement social media plan
- Interact with users via social media channels to enhance NFT Project’s social presence and awareness
- Assist in creating social media reports via social media management tools
- Find KOLs and grow NFT project ambassadors and evangelists around the world.
- Develop and seek the KOLs / NFT communities as promotion partners.
希望你具備/Required skills
- 至少2年的數位行銷與社群經營經驗
- 流利中文/英文的讀說寫能力
- 對 NFT/Gamefi 的發展有高度熱誠
- 掌握社群喜好與趨勢
- 良好的行銷活動企劃能力
- 具有領導專案進行的自主性
- 良好的數據分析能力 & 能以數據導向思考
- 有國際性行銷推推廣或社群經營經驗者為佳
- 2 year+ of experience of digital marketing/ social marketing
- Passionate in NFT and Gamefi.
- Fluent in spoken and written English is a MUST
- Great taste of social community operations and trends
- Excellent campaign management skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Great at leading and influencing others without authority.
- Global market access experience (US or EU) is a plus.
