Job Description

Our goal is to build a Card Issuing platform for South East Asia to enable merchants to easily create their own debit/credit card products. We are building a zero-to-one product from scratch, presenting plenty of opportunities for potential contribution.

# Responsibilities
- Technical hands-on experience in fixing technical issues and challenges that might occur
- Have the confidence and great technical knowledge in leading teams and making decisions
- Ability to measure and reflect on personal results and impact
- Lead and align team members to meet corporate goals and KPIs
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, development, application debugging and diagnosis
- Be an active partner for Product management by communicating product vision to team members, driving future roadmaps, setting engineering priorities, and tracking progress
- Fostering technical skill development and professional growth of team members using coaching and hands-on learning
- Ability to get up to speed with new systems and concepts quickly. Keen to constantly learn and improve your skills, and not afraid to jump into new things

# What You May Be Doing
- Every single day brings about a set of different challenges. As managers, we are constantly on the lookout for the most pressing things that need to be addressed and to align teams onto the same direction and goals
- You would also be required to be a hands-on contributor when the time calls for it to inspire confidence in the team that you are leading
- Working on the engineering process, enforcing standards within and across teams
- Creating impact through the team that you are managing


Requirements

# What We Are Looking For
- Passionate about Fintech
- Track record of being an excellent individual contributor in the past
- You are someone who enjoys managing people and driving impact through teams
- Mature and self-starter with plenty of initiatives taken
- It would be great if you are previously a founder of startup that has received venture capital funding, or has acquired a minimum of 20 to 50 active users monthly
