＊Responsibilities

- Lead and align team members to manage various cloud-based and on-prem production system
- Overall accountable for the team that you are leading
- Technical hands-on in fixing technical issues and challenges that might occur
- Ability to lead and manage a team of experienced engineers to achieve targets and deliverables from stakeholders. This includes roadmap prioritization and task definition writing.
- Understand the high-level overview of our architecture, and possess the ability to systematically document new and existing requirements to ensure a smooth project delivery without miscommunication.
- Work closely with the Information security and infrastructure team in ensuring that we are adopting security best practices.
- Fostering technical skill development and professional growth of team members using coaching and hands-on learning
- Ability to get up to speed with new systems and concepts quickly. Keen to constantly learn and improve your skills, and not afraid to jump into new things.

- Passionate about Infrastructure and DevOps Practices
- You are someone who enjoys managing people and driving impact through teams. and have experience in engineering management that can give your talents challenges aligned to their aspirations.
- Mature and self-starter with plenty of initiatives taken, who can communicate complex technical, logical, or process issues in a timely, concise, and objective manner
Significant background in architecting and designing the infrastructure system that can support applications that can deliver and fulfil business goals
- Ability to make considered recommendations for trade-offs in a rapidly changing environment
- Fluency with Jira, Notion and Git is a plus
- Candidates who are based in Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Malaysia or Vietnam will be strongly preferred.
