1.協助商業決策：能有架構的拆解並定義問題，提出假設，透過資料進行驗證，找出可能的解決方案，協助達成商業決策或風險識別

2.設計並執行Test & Learn：了解優化目的後，與部門同事共同完成線上線下Test & Learn的分析與設計，包含實驗設計、名單處理、追蹤成效等，並提出後續行動建議

3.負責新業務或商品導入、商轉到增長的數據診斷建置，並偕同跨部門同事，建立數據化營運合作

4.建置模型預測趨勢或客戶行為，或建立分群模型挖掘潛在客群

5.設計、建立並推廣自主/自助式分析（Self-Service Analytics）：提升事業群內各產品團隊同仁解讀數據與及時因應變化的能力

‧At least 2-year hands-on analysis experience 

‧Strong programming skills with querying languages: SQL and packages such as SAS, SPSS, etc. 

‧Having an in-depth understanding of statistics, data modeling, and mathematics. 

‧Curiosity and passions in understanding user behaviors and solving problems 

‧Exceptional critical thinking 

‧Experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches 

‧Effective verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams 

‧Self-motivated achiever 

‧Enjoy fast changing environment with good tolerance for ambiguity
