1. Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS product design, with relevant experience in blockchain product management.
2. Experience in the blockchain and internet industries, familiar with software service product structures and rules, able to provide professional support for internet product design and integration.
3. Knowledge of the blockchain industry and a strong interest in blockchain service applications.
4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, good personal conduct and ability to work under pressure for extended periods.
5. Entrepreneurial passion, strong sense of responsibility, intense interest and enthusiasm for the development of blockchain applications. Fluent English communication skills are a plus.
6. Ability to analyze problems and make decisions for problem-solving.
7. Ability to think systematically about software functionality and information integration.
8. Willingness to participate in discussions on UI/UX, backend performance optimization, and other processes that contribute to product enhancement.
9. Highly self-motivated and capable of independently completing project tasks.

1. Possess a basic understanding of blockchain and have the imagination for blockchain Web3 application products.
2. Clear and logical thinking with insightful analysis.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Leadership abilities to facilitate smooth team operations.
5. Ability to read and analyze information quickly.
6. Familiarity with the GHG, renewable energy, and carbon credit ecosystem.
7. Proficiency in one of the following software tools: Axure, Figma, or Miro.
8. Relevant experience in SaaS/App/Web product planning, iteration, and design.
9. Proficiency in English with listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
