Leading the in-APP advertising sales team in our own brand platform, helping store-partners to increase their exposure, achieving the benefit of increasing income and a win-win situation between store-partners and foodpanda.

1. Set up clear KPIs for the sales teams, tracking details and dashboards to hit performance targets.
2. Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports and find out the improvement areas in sales.
3. Optimize ADs with CPC/CPP/CPA products and create growth strategies to boost the revenue.
4. Co-working with the regional and cross-functional teams to improve the performance and execute the key projects.
5. Monitor and review keyword bidding, daily and monthly budgeting, clicks, quality score, and other important campaign metrics.

1. Fluent in English with excellent communication & reporting skills.
2. Numerical thinking, commercial focus, results-oriented.
3. Proven 3-year leadership skills with sales management as an outstanding KPI achiever / relationship builder.
4. Proven skills in forecasting, project planning, and execution.
5. Proven experience in ADs product selling or EC business related would be a big plus.
