Job Description
- Collaboration with appropriate departments to setting sustainable strategic goals and activities and align with regional and global office policies.
- Coordination with all relevant departments for the development of ESG/CSR program projects and activities. 3. Preparation and writing/generation of proposals, presentation decks, reports, correspondences, and other documentary requirements for the projects’ implementation as needed.
- Engagement with various organizations as partners of foodpanda, including trade and industry associations, government agencies at the national, regional and local levels, private companies, and other private sector organizations; and maintain an updated database of contacts
- Allow balancing environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
- CSR and Sustainability related
- 協助訂立與總公司政策一致的永續策略目標及行動。
- 永續發展專案及各類活動的規劃、安排與執行。
- 撰寫各項永續發展項目書面及簡報資料、新聞稿等文件。
- 維繫永續發展項目利益關係人關係。
- 促使各項決策能達到環境永續、社會責任、公司治理間的平衡。
Requirements
- Degree or advanced degree level in Public Administration, Management, Social Development, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledgeable and practical experience in CSR and Sustainability programs/initiatives
- Excellent communicator with great interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Practical problem solving and system thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a multi-task work environment.
