Job Description:
1. B2B Customer or Accounts Service Developing experiences and
skills will be nice.
2. 1-2 years of work experience, no working experience acceptable.
3. Excellence of customer service executions and project management independent work ability.
4. Well-known of E-Commerce B2B industry flow, or passionate to learn how to solve the problem of vendor faced.
5. Team player with patience, high EQ, Careful and passionate about service.
6. Being accountable when facing difficult problems and challenges.

-Having interests with business in B2B, retail managements, first line customer service and CRM.
-Fluently English presentation, documents processing, Microsoft office skill is needed.
-TOEIC 750+, or TOEFL 80+, or IELTS 5.0+
-Familiar with Salesforce.com, Tableau, SAP, Adobe, and website language is a plus.
