Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the network infrastructure of our staking-as-a-service segment which currently cover 3 different protocols: Cosmos (Cosmos Hub, IRISnet, Terra Money, Kava and others), Polkadot and Solana.
• Design and implement robust, high performing institutional-grade blockchain network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot network related incidents, perform review and make improvement to the facility
• Educate both internal and external parties regarding our security measures
• Perform periodic resiliency testing
• Provide support to our delegators community
• Play a key role in architectural and design decisions in conjunction with the co-founder
• Research various blockchain protocols and the best practice of blockchain validation

The remuneration includes fixed fiat, equity and future tokens of Desmos.

Experience/skills:

- At least 4 years’ experience in engineering complex and high performance networks;
- Solid experience with Linux
- Solid knowledge in network infrastructure and cyber security
- Be experienced using python, bash script and Golang
- Experience in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger or other blockchain related open-source projects
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to take ownership and see initiatives through
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field
