▍工作職責 Responsibilities
● 根據客戶端系統架構環境的需求，以 FST 方法論提供技術評估及對應的導入方案
● 協助業務團隊解決銷售過程中的技術問題及提供售後的技術支援
● 負責客戶相關技術問題回覆、 產品應用的技術顧問諮詢服務
● 協助規劃與執行客戶 POC (Proof of concept) & Demo
● 協助產品相關使用文件撰寫
● 客戶產品導入應用之教育訓練 Training
● 負責專案之規劃、執行、監控、管理、時程追蹤、成本掌握與協調
● 協助合作夥伴進行 Solution-bundling 的分析、設計與執行

▍必要條件 Basic Qualifications

● At least 2 year work experience in IT Project Management required
● At least 2 year experience working with systems analysis, technical consulting or pre-sales
● Experience applying standard Project Management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK) and Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile)
● Experience with relational databases and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, CouchDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc.)
● Experience with API (REST, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)
● Experience with installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
● Comfortable bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations
● Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and prioritising skills
● Excellent teamwork skills and being adept at working with multiple stakeholders
● Comfortable in a high-growth environment and leading change in a forward-thinking, global enterprise

▍加分條件 Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with container technologies (Docker)
● Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration systems
● Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (Jenkins, Drone CI, Argo CD, etc.)
● Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages, and Cloud-Native components.
● Fluent English communication skills
