▍工作職責 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, improve, and reinvent CI/CD flows and systems to automate developments and operations based on Kubernetes
• Work together with development teammates to find faults and improve performance by logging, tracing, and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with team members and Product and Business teams to operate our products and projects
• Mentor and grow team members
• Survey and evaluate new technologies

▍必要條件 Qualifications

• 3+ years of site reliability engineering experience
• Sound understanding of computer science fundamentals, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer networks
• Experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Rust, Go, Scala, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
• Experience with Linux distributions and UNIX shell scripts (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, NixOS, etc.)
• Experience with container technologies (Docker)
• Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration systems (OpenShift, Mesos, etc.)
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (Jenkins, Drone CI, Argo CD, etc.)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.)
• Experience with distributed storage systems (Ceph, S3, HDFS, etc.)
• Experience with distributed tracing systems and monitoring systems (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems and issue tracking systems (Git, GitHub, Jira, etc.)

▍加分條件 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with relational databases and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, CouchDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Redis, etc.)
• Experience with API (REST, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)
• Own valid CNCF Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, etc.) or AWS certifications (CSAA, CDA, etc.)
