▍工作職責 Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain BaaS platform based on cloud native architecture
• Collaborate closely with team members and other teams to achieve goals
• Mentor and grow team members
• Survey and evaluate new technologies

▍能力需求 Qualifications

• 5+ years of software developer experience
• Sound understanding of computer science fundamentals, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and operating systems
• Experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Rust, Go, Scala, Java, C/C++, or Haskell
• Experience with relational databases and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, CouchDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc.)
• Experience with API (REST, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with cloud native technologies (containers: Docker, microservices, orchestrators: Kubernetes, service meshes: Istio, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems and issue tracking systems (Git, GitHub, Jira, etc.)
• Excellent learning skills
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for software development and learning new technologies
