We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma, user flows, and user experience design (especially on mobile). As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centric designs for web and mobile applications using Figma as the primary design tool.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and project goals.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate designs based on user insights and usability testing.
• Design user flows and information architecture to ensure smooth and intuitive navigation within the application.
• Apply best practices in user interface design, interaction design, and visual design to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in the visual elements and user experience across different platforms and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and projects.
• Proficiency in using design tools like Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Knowledge of creating user flows, information architecture, and interaction design to optimize user journeys.
• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and user research techniques to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and communicate design concepts and rationale clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, Android) and their impact on design implementation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
