Lumina is seeking a Recruiter & Hustler to help build out our team after our latest success. We like to describe this role as "Talent & People Specialist". You should have something called "people magic 🙌 " paired with a Business Ops mindset to work through the unique hiring and cultural challenges of a distributed team across USA, Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia.

This role will be responsible for finding and vetting candidates, as well as maintaining team culture and employee happiness. You'll be reporting directly to the CEO and CTO as this role's responsibility spans across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting for all open roles from everywhere
• Initial vetting and evaluation of potential candidates
• Managing the entire end-to-end cycle from candidate to new hire
• Coordinating with hiring managers across orgs
• Care and advocate for happiness and culture

Qualifications

• Native level english speaking and writing skills.
• Experience with critical platforms like linkedin, github, notion, cake resume, g-suite.
• 2+ years experience in recruiting roles.
• Managed 1+ direct reports for over 12 months.
• Naturally good with people, people just love you for some reason.
