Job Description
**此職缺需外派馬尼拉，能配合長期居住於菲律賓馬尼拉者優先**
**提供新人入職安排，包含報到機票，入境簽證，住宿等程序**
薪資 : 底薪+生活津貼+租房補貼約 NTD 56k-62k，依照工作經驗和面試表現評估
工作時間 : 每周上班5天排休2天，上班12小時，包含休息2小時
- 早班 08:00-20:00/ 晚班 20:00-08:00 *另有晚班津貼
工作地點 : Alphaland Corporate Tower (Makati, Manila)
員工福利 :
- 食 : 員工餐廳於工作日提供至少2餐
- 宿 : 可選擇住公司宿舍(2-4人房)，或是自行外宿領租房津貼PHP 20k
- 每月生活津貼PHP 10k，補貼日常生活開銷
- 公司提供報到機票TPE/KHH-MNL (經濟艙&行李20kg)，和入境簽證報銷
- 通過試用期後按工作表現加薪，並辦理9G工作簽證，保障在菲合法工作
- 入職滿2年 : 享有久任獎金 + 機票補貼共PHP 130k (約台幣7萬)，並提高生活津貼至PHP 12k
- 有薪年假20天/年，有薪病假10天/年
- 提供菲律賓醫療保險 (醫保卡和藥品卡)和每年度健康檢查
- 免費中英語線上培訓和教育訓練
- 每周提供羽毛球籃球場地，員工可自由報名參加
工作職責 :
- 線上迅速解答客戶有關公司產品的問題
- 根據實際情況進行電話回撥服務
- 處理和解決客戶的投訴，以及負責相關數據的查詢
- 定期記錄文檔和統計報表
- 跨部門溝通協調，處理主管交辦事項
Requirements
- 願意長期在菲律賓馬尼拉工作
- 精通中文，每分鐘打字45字以上
- 細心、耐心，能承受工作壓力，能接受輪班工作
- 了解電腦基本知識，熟練使用Excel和Word等Office軟體
- 有銷售或服務業經驗者佳
