Marketing Automation Specialist will focus primarily on the Marketing Automation Platform implementations and configurations according to business specifications, ensuring ease of use for users of any technical level to leverage. They will work closely with the Marketing Team, IT Development Team, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. In addition, stay up-to-date on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates and devise plans for how they can be utilized within the business.

Responsibilities

• Activate and engage users of the Marketing Automation Platform.
• Coordinate with business units to understand platform requirements and advise on how requirements can be accomplished.
• Monitors system performance and stay up-to-date on the platform's new functions.
• Create customer segmentation and journeys using Campaign Journey Builder.
• Evaluate and configure complex journey builds and create trigger/automation processes for Marketing Automation System compatibility.
• Create seamless customer experiences across every touchpoint.
• Build internal knowledge-based documentation, manuals, and policies.
• Execute all essential administrative functions, including user account maintenance, roles and responsibility, workflows, and other routine tasks.

• Experienced in Business Analyst, Project Management, or relevant field.
• Proficient with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Automation Platform, and/or other CRM Systems.
• Ability to work as part of a team, build strong relationships, solve problems, improve processes, analyze trends, identify efficiencies, and champion change.
• Ability to triage problems in a practiced, measured, best practice.
• Having betting knowledge is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of working experience in a relevant field.
