Overview:

Responsibilities:

Working closely with colleagues specializing in user experience and engineering, you will conduct research, conceptualize features, and ensure that they are rolled out successfully and on time. You will also define appropriate metrics, supervise consumer behavior, and perform data analysis to provide updates on feature performance.

What you will be working on:

• Responsible for the product development and enhancement effort of product.
• Be the voice of customer-centric design and constantly improve the user experience the domains in charge
• Conduct research and analysis to uncover market demand and trends to innovate and conceptualize potential products or features.
• Scope business requirements and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Work with UI/UX teams to record reference user journeys and craft the product experience.
• Be a part of the development process and work with engineering teams to deliver product releases on schedule.
• Define project goals and key results that align with strategic vision. Track, analyses product KPI, and update progress to key stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to senior management stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant subject area.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience of product management in e-commerce or internet industry.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with management and leadership teams
• Passion for using digital products to craft the daily interactions of users.
• Confidence in managing ambiguity, and the ability to put across sophisticated concepts simply and in an understandable manner.
• Excellent ability to influence partners across organizational boundaries.
