Job Description

Office Location: Makati, Philippines

Overview:

We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to explore the opportunity to work abroad/outside of Taiwan to gain international exposure to join our exciting and fast moving team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Company’s Customer Experience improvement initiatives for each customer journeys using human-centered, design thinking methodologies.
  • Envision and implementing digital customer interactions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Continuously correct, improve and design a differentiated customer experience to ensure customers’ experience and satisfaction are managed.
  • Conduct in-depth Customer Experience analysis and coming up with data driven strategies to propel Company’s growth.
  • Understand NPS scoring structure and be able to improve overall NPS scoring.
  • Develop listening points in the customer journey to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead end to end UX & UI conceptualization and workflows, review deliverables of the team to ensure quality output and provide guidance to the teams.
  • Provide post-implementation report for programs and projects implemented.
  • Communicate Customer Experience insights and report to senior management.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in designing digital products experience.
  • Working experience in digital industry such as e-Commerce and iGaming is a big plus.
  • Background in Customer Experience, LEAN Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
  • Knowledgeable in Change Management and Design Thinking principles.
  • Highly analytical and be able to make data-driven decisions.
