Job Description

1. 負責在線問題的緊急排除與事後原因調查

2. 無法立即處理的問題需回報給相關人員,並追踪問題的後續處理進度

3. 紀錄在線問題及更新問題處理文件

4. 監控在線所有服務,確保服務運行正常

5. 與開發人員密切協作與溝通

6. 協助開發自動化程序,及驗證在線功能是否異常
