Business Development Asscioate就像是開拓者，站在第一線為公司開發商業機會。

• 分析台灣與東北亞人才市場並擬定開發策略
• 研究市場發展方向與了解客戶需求
• 陌生開發潛在客戶並安排​​提案會議
• 製作產業趨勢報告並提供團隊市場開發的觀點
• 針對客戶需求推薦Glints的旗下產品與服務

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop a business development strategy focused on identifying key demand verticals in Taiwan and the Northeast Asia market
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange and schedule business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote Glints’ products/services addressing client’s objectives
• Work closely with Business Development Manager/Executive to develop the cold call playbook
• Prepare market report

Who We Are Looking For

• Cultural fluency and comfortable working with cross-border teams
• Prior internship experience with B2B Sales, ideally with focus either in startup/SME sales
• Track record to do cold-calling in both Mandarin and English with successful lead generation records
• Strong command in business English and Mandarin
• Ability to improvise, adapt, overcome as required

• Proactive/Independent - Able to work and come up with his/her own ways without relying on other teammates
• Quick learner - Able to adopt new strategies discussed by the teams and always able to learn new ways of doing business development quickie without ego
• Creativity & Innovation - Able to create and implement new ideas, seek to make improvements to help make things more efficient and/or effective going forward
