Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team, to expand our business not only in Taiwan but to Japan, Korea and China.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be developing Taiwanese local clients as well as setting strategies to develop the Northeast Asian market with us. Using your relation-building, negotiation skills and professional expertise dealing with clients, you will be able to help strengthen the fast-growing team to expand in the whole Northeast Asia.
In this role, you will

  • Sign on new companies for Taiwan & Northeast Asia TalentHub and TalentHunt
  • Identified Key Demand Vertical in Taiwan TalentHunt / TalentHub with highest liquidity to focus on
  • Build strategy in developing Northeast Asian leads
  • Build relationships with accelerators from Japan and Korea

Who We Are Looking For

  • An experienced BD/Sales person with proven track record in sales for over 5 years.
  • Proactive/Independent - Able to work and come up with his/her own ways without relying on other teammates
  • Strategic - Can always see further from the current step
  • Target-oriented - Make it happen ethically in whatever ways
  • Quick learner - Able to adopt new strategies discussed by the teams and always able to learn new ways of doing business development quickie without ego
  • Good negotiation skills - Able to close and solve complex deals
  • Well-versed in the psychology of sales, comfortable negotiating high stakes contracts (and renegotiating existing contracts)
  • Relationship-building - Able to develop relationships quickly and authentically, engages and build long-term trust with customers/stakeholders
