你將會接觸到end-to-end 完整的財務流程，並與Glints TW業務團隊合作進行財務分析並提供建議策略。

你將會負責 :

• 根據台灣財務狀況及業務現況進行分析並提供建議策略
• 薪資計算及分析，並協助審核營業稅、營所稅等各項稅務作業
• 公司帳務、應收及應付帳款處理
• 費用單審核及單據彙整，並申報相關可抵稅額予國稅局

我們期待看到一位優秀的財會專員具備的能力 :

• 財務、會計、經濟、稅務相關科系 或 相關工作經歷 ( 包含實習經歷 )
• 熟悉Microsoft、Google雲端系統
• 具備良好的學習能力、能獨立工作及財務分析能力
• 積極主動、思緒與反應靈活及有邏輯性
• 細心、認真以及良好的溝通能力
• 一顆期待加入Glints的心

如果你有以下的能力會更加分 :

• 具備中等以上的英文能力 ( 聽說讀寫 )
• 熟悉Oracle系統
• 有四大會計師事務所經驗佳

【薪資範圍】

• NTD 40,000 - 48,000/月，將視年資及工作經驗做調整

The mission for this role is to build and manage end-to-end finance operations function in order to fulfill business needs for Glints Taiwan.

We’re looking for a Finance and Accounting Junior Associate to join our Finance team for this amazing journey of building up finance function in Taiwan.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver precise local financial results and reports with accurate categorization on weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage registration, computation and reporting of payroll, social welfare and tax matters.
• Manage vendor payments and payroll payments on weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage issuance of customer invoices, as well as working together with local operations team for collection of customer invoices in accordance to Glints group policy.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Good English and Mandarin Proficiency Level.
• Good Local Statutory Knowledge (IFRS for financial reporting, as well as HI/LI/Pension knowledge for payroll calculations).
• Able to absorb and understand new responsibilities quickly.
• Eager to learn and look out for challenges.

Must-To-Have

• 1-year working experience in Accounting/finance field.
  
  

Nice-To-Have

• Working experience in audit firm.
