What You Will Be Doing

• Achieve sales target on average in match revenue as a trained recruiter
• Facilitate matches per quarter based on a hiring plan
• Maintain strong client relationships as account manager by supporting the team to achieve matches on responsible accounts
• Business referral as the opportunity arise

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong command of written and spoken English is a must.
• Recruitment experience is preferred but not a must. Sales experience with a strong sales track record is a must.
• High EQ and ability to adapt.
• Must have a passion for technology and the recruitment area.
• Must be solution and target-oriented.
• Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
• Team player
