後端開發工程師
职缺描述
工作職責：
1、負責網站開發團隊的整體管理工作；
2、參與網站產品的方案討論、需求調研和架構設計；
3、負責與其它部門之間的溝通合作；
4、負責開發專案的管理，帶領和指導團隊按計劃、規範的完成開發任務；
5、指導專案團隊成員的日常開發工作，解決開發中的技術難題。
任職要求：
1、5年以上PHP開發經驗，一年以上團隊管理經驗,電腦或軟體工程相關專業；
2、熟悉LAMP架構及技術架構的演進；
3、深入理解OOP，熟悉常用MVC（yii、yaf、tp、larvavel）框架及socket框架（workman、swoole）等一種或多種框架；
4、熟悉liunx服務管理與優化，有實際項目部署經驗;
5、深入理解redis高併發緩存解決方案和mysql存儲原理；
6、有嚴謹的技術作風和豐富的專案經驗；
7、扎實的PHP基礎或廣泛的技術知識儲備；
