We are now looking for an experienced Product Director to lead our product management team and co-create world-class AIGC FinTech products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the PM department to ensure smooth product development and operations.
• Plan and execute product strategies and continuously improve various product indexes.
• Draw up product roadmaps and define product vision and strategy.
• Monitor market trends and adjust product strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with various departments and external partners to achieve product goals.
• Optimize products and enhance user experience through data analysis.
• Continuously hypothesize and validate, leading the team to face unknown challenges while meeting user needs.

Preferred Requirements:

• At least 10 years of product management and operation experience, overseas work experience is a plus.
• Excellent product strategy conception and execution ability, capable of innovative problem-solving.
• Experienced in new product development (0-1, MVP) and agile development.
• Familiar with data analysis tools and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and capability of leading the team to constantly hypothesize and validate.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to lead the team to achieve goals.
• Strong passion for the field of FinTech, and in-depth comprehension of the dynamics and trends in the financial market.
• Able to incorporate user needs into product development, ensuring product utility and user experiences
• Fluent in English, able to communicate smoothly with global partners.
