Responsibilities :

• Provide talents strategies supported with business acumen to drive business success with internal and external insights to acquire talents.
• Model ways to connect active and passive talents to effectively implement hiring strategies through diverse sourcing channels.
• Drive an effective recruiting management process that aligns with your high standard of work quality and will achieve the goals of talent acquisition.
• Read people's professional and personal characteristics with a structured methodology which helps you to gain insights. Use these to guide hiring managers with your assessment and outline the job fits.
• Never compromise talent quality even when faced with urgent resource needs. Have the courage to bring conflicts into open discussion.
• Analyze and interpret the pros and cons from the recruiting data and provide solutions to optimize hiring effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements :

• 2+ year's talent acquisition experience in a similar role.
• Embrace diversity and passionately bring people together.
• Strong communication and influencing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Outstanding business acumen and capability to articulate industrial trends.
• Excellent talent strategy proposal and execution capability to bring new perspectives.
• Dare to push boundaries and set challenges targets. Achieve them while refusing to compromise on the quality of work.
• Excellent organization skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and to evolve in an ambiguous environment.
